In July 2004 DLS S.A. and BOS S.A. decided to unite together. Its meand that DLS and BOS become second in trade turnowers in Polish market.

With incomes near 2 bilions zloty worse only to Makro Cash & Carry. Total enploymout its near 1500 people, whole 200 are Sales representative and Van Sellers. Our total stock area is 100.00 m2.

DLS is the main member and action owner of the biggest Polish buying group: ProLogistyka. Its main goal is creating one groceries distribution company.
